General Patent Corp. Licenses Acticon Technologies' Patents to CATC and Several Other Companies SUFFERN, N.Y., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Acticon Technologies LLC (Acticon) has recently licensed two of its "smart connector" patents to Computer Access Technology Corporation, popularly called "CATC" , a global communication protocols company headquartered in Santa Clara, California.
