platforms to boost clients’ productivity, enhance quality, and
elevate customer experience

an innovative GenAI virtual assistant developed as part of the
company's AI initiative. Leveraging Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service,
Conni is designed to enhance the quality of results and improve
customer experience across Conduent platforms for companies and
government agencies.
