Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 16, 2023, Sapna Srivastava notified Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. II (the “Company”) of her intent to resign as a director of the Company upon the earlier of the appointment of her successor and July 31, 2023. There are no disagreements between Dr. Srivastava and the Company, the Company’s management or the Company’s board of directors on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
