ShopNBC (NASDAQ: VVTV), a 24-hour television shopping network, today announced a consulting agreement with Segel Associates, a direct response marketing and product development firm with 15 years of experience in the TV shopping industry.

Under the agreement, principals Marvin and Alan Segel will serve in an advisory capacity to ShopNBC and provide broad advice on business strategy, marketing and promotions, merchandising, vendor recruitment, product sourcing, cable distribution, and TV operations.
