Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On June 8, 2010, we entered into an amendment to that certain Revolving Credit and Security
Agreement with PNC Bank, National Association dated November 25, 2009 to amend certain of the
covenants related to the credit facility. A copy of the amendment is filed as Exhibit 10 to this
current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 1.01.
