HealthExtras Named Again to Fortune's "100 Fastest Growing Companies" List

HealthExtras, Inc. (NASDAQ:HLEX) announced today that for the
second time in four years it was named on Fortune Magazine�s �100
Fastest Growing Companies� List. The Company ranked No. 3 among
growing Health Care Companies, No.16 for Sales growth and No. 70
for overall growth in 2008. �Clearly, we are pleased to be
recognized as one of Fortune�s 100 Fastest Growing Companies for
2008," said David T. Blair, Chief Executive Officer of
HealthExtras. �We have experienced significant growth through our
pharmacy benefit management subsidiary Catalyst Rx.� As previously
announced, HealthExtras will change its name to Catalyst Health
Solutions, Inc., effective on October 1, 2008, and the Company will
trade under the ticker symbol �CHSI.� Catalyst Rx accounted for
substantially all of the total corporate revenue for the year ended
December 31, 2007. Companies that qualify for the 100 Fastest
Growing Companies list must be incorporated in the U.S.; have a
minimum market capitalization of $250 million on June 30, 2008;
have a stock price of at least $5; have been trading continuously
since June 30, 2005; have revenue and net income for the four
quarters ended on or before June 30, 2008, of at least $50 million
and $10 million, respectively; and have posted a compound annual
growth in revenue and earnings per share of at least 25% annually
over the three years ended on or before June 30, 2008. All
companies that meet those criteria are ranked by their revenue
growth rate, their EPS growth rate, and their three-year annualized
total return to investors for the period ended June 30, 2008. The
overall rank is based on the sum of the three ranks. About
