Harleysville National Corporation announced the unaudited, consolidated financial results for Harleysville National Corporation and subsidiaries for the quarter ending September 30, 2008.  On October 15, 2008, Harleysville National Corporation issued a press release titled “Harleysville National Corporation Reports Third Quarter Earnings of $6.6 Million,” a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
