Regulation FD Disclosure
 
On October 17, 2007, HydroGen Corporation, a Nevada corporation, issued a press release announcing that the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority this week granted the Company $500,000 to fund the design, manufacture, and installation of commercial scale gas clean-up modules to validate the use of surplus hydrogen-rich coke oven gas for commercial scale fuel cell power plants to produce electricity. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
