China, announced that LMR Partners
Limited completed the purchase of the US$30
million convertible note from the Company, convertible into
American depositary shares representing the Company's ordinary
shares, on July 6, 2023 pursuant to
the convertible note purchase agreement and the derivative
arrangement entered into between the parties as previously
announced on June 29, 2023.
