On June 21, 2022, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable on July 8, 2022 to stockholders of record as of July 1, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
