Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On August 10, 2022, SWK Funding LLC (“SWK Funding”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SWK Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Credit Agreement pursuant to which SWK Funding provided a term loan in the principal amount of $25,000,000 to Aziyo Biologics, Inc. SWK Funding funded $21,000,000 at closing.

 

On August 18, 2022, SWK Funding entered into a Credit Agreement pursuant to which SWK Funding provided a term loan in the principal amount of $25,000,000 to MedMinder Systems, Inc. SWK Funding funded $20,000,000 at closing.
