announced that Michael Campbell, Vice President of Engineering for
QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies, will be a featured keynote speaker for
VOICE 2006, Verigy�s first annual V93000 SOC Series users
conference to be held December 5 and 6, in Santa Clara, Calif. The
robust technical program will also include more than thirty
technical presentations from some of the leading global
semiconductor manufacturers as well as Verigy representatives. �The

AutoShmoo tool developed to automate the collection of shmoo data
across multiple devices. Toby McPheeters of Broadcom and Don Blair
of Verigy will present a joint paper on collaborative test

joining QUALCOMM, Mr. Campbell was an engineer and manager at
several semiconductor companies, including Mostek, INMOS and
Honeywell. He holds a BSEE and CE from Clarkson University in
