(NYSE: AJAX), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that its merger partner, Cazoo Holdings Limited (“Cazoo”
or “the Company”), the UK’s leading online car retailer, which makes buying a car as simple and seamless as purchasing
any other product online, will release its first quarter fiscal 2021 results before the U.S. stock market opens on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
The Company will hold a pre-recorded conference call to discuss results at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) that day.
