NOTICE TO THE MARKET

 

Sendas Distribuidora S.A. (“Company”), pursuant to Law No. 6,404, dated December 15, 1976, as amended, and the Brazilian Securities Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) Resolution No. 44, dated August 23, 2021, clarifies to its shareholders and the market in general, in light of what was reported in some media outlets on September 1, 2024, that it has not received or been informed of any offer from Grupo Mateus for the control of the Company.

 

In line with best corporate governance practices, the Company will keep its shareholders and the market duly informed of any relevant facts or developments that may arise.
