announced the winners of their "Great Escape" Sweepstakes.
The latest Diamond Resort's sweepstakes stirred up a lot of
excitement. The grand prize, a $25,000 valued, all-expense paid, 14-day trip for
two to any of over 300 Diamond Resorts locations around the world
was won by David C. of Corona,
California. David was randomly chosen out of 52,000
entries.
David originally thought he'd like to vacation in the
Caribbean, but winning the
sweepstakes expanded his thinking. "I am so excited to be selected
as the winner! Diamond Resorts has always given me great vacation
experiences, but now I can really take my family somewhere amazing.
Thanks Diamond!" said David. "We want to go somewhere tropical, but
with some night-life; we love to do local activities and sight-see,
but also would love to get some spa treatments – I guess now we can
do it all!"
Diamond Resorts also awarded a special $1,000 prize to the person who "shared" the most
social media postings about the sweepstakes. The winner was Ron M.
of Dayton, Ohio, a familiar figure
in the winner's circle; Ron has won cash, computers, cars and
cruises over the years and been profiled on television many times.
He knows his way around a sweepstakes, and through his efforts he
helped spread the word about Diamond Resorts and this incredible
opportunity.
There were also 250 lucky winners of a complimentary 3 day/2
