Capital, LLC, announce an upcoming interim change to the
constituents of The Cushing® 30 MLP Index (the
"Index"). On September 17, 2018,
Index constituent Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: EEP)
entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with its general
partner wherein the general partner would acquire EEP, subject to
the approval of EEP unitholders. A special meeting of EEP
unitholders is scheduled for December 17, 2018, for the
purpose of voting on the merger agreement. Per the Index's
methodology guide, after the market closes on December
17, 2018, and effective on December 18, 2018, Plains All
American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) will replace EEP as a
constituent of the Index at EEP's then-current weight.
There will be no changes to the remaining constituents of the
Index due to this event.

infrastructure companies, including master limited partnerships
(MLPs) and non-MLP energy midstream corporations (each, a
