Pursuant to the share purchase agreement dated 16 November 2000 in connection
with the acquisition of Razorworks Limited, application has been made for 66,165
new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, dealings for which are
expected to commence at 8.00am on Friday 23 January 2004.
