Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (NYSE: EVT), a diversified closed-end investment company, today declared a monthly dividend of $0.1125 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2005 to shareholders of record on June 23, 2005. The ex-dividend date is June 21, 2005. Based on the Fund's per share price of $21.13 at the close of the New York Stock Exchange on June 13, 2005 the Fund's monthly dividend equates to an annualized market yield of 6.39%.
