At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (NYSE:EVT), a diversified closed-end investment company, voted to elect James B. Hawkes and William H. Park as Trustees of the Fund. Common Shares of the Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund are traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
