On April 12, 2006, Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, announced the monthly dividends declared on the common shares of three of its closed-end equity funds (the "Funds"). The record date for the dividends is April 21, 2006, and the payable date is April 28, 2006. The ex-dividend date is April 19, 2006.
