Collection of Four Hawaiian Resorts Highlight Exquisite Dining
Options HONOLULU, July 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Guests of Four
Seasons Resorts Hawai'i can now stay an extra day and savor the
flavors with the Night Free promotion. Four Seasons Resorts
Hawai'i, with locations on the islands of Hawai'i, Lana'i and Maui
are among the world's most beautiful beach resorts, renowned for
their stunning locations, attentive service and culinary delights.
Guests are now able to stay an additional night at each resort by
booking the Night Free promotion. Executive Chefs of each property
have suggested guests enjoy the spectacular dining experiences
below with their extra night. Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea:
The newly renovated resort offers its 5th Night Free promotion from
September 1, 2007 through December 18, 2007, with nightly room
rates from $570. Executive Chef Roger Stettler recommends guests
topping off their exquisite stay with the "Ultimate Romantic Dinner
For Two." Guests will delight in the tastes of island paradise with
a private romantic dinner, nestled above breathtaking Wailea Beach.
A private consultation with the resort's award winning chefs leads
to a leisurely paced five-course dinner, while the Sommelier adds a
distinctive wine pairing to complement the meal. Fine china,
crystal, silver, candlelight and the attention of an exclusive
server set the stage for this memorable culinary experience, under
a canopy of stars. Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic
Ka'upulehu: Hualalai offers its 5th Night Free promotion now
through December 14, 2007, with nightly room rates from $695.
Executive Chef Graham Quayle suggests dining at the Resort's
signature oceanfront restaurant -- Pahu i'a -- on your final night.
Chef's philosophy is to utilize the bounty of Hawai'i's land and
sea -- keeping the dishes simple and showcasing natural flavors.
The dinner menu features fresh seafood harvests from nearby Natural
Energy Laboratory of Hawai'i (NELHA), where cold deep seawater is
delivered on shore from 2,000 - 3,000 feet below surface level,
providing a nutrient-rich and pure medium for thriving aquaculture
farms. The abundance of product on Hawai'i Island has inspired the
creation of seasonal showcase menus called 'Pahu i'a Presents.'
Four Seasons Resort Lana'i, The Lodge at Koele: The Lodge is
offering its 4th Night Free promotion now through December 18th,
2007, with nightly room rates from $295. Executive Sous Chef Thomas
Bellec suggests guests enjoy their extra night in the Dining Room,
the signature restaurant of The Lodge. An elegant and exclusive
dining experience, with the feel of a grand estate's living room,
the Dining Room captures the upcountry essence of The Lodge,
specializing in contemporary fine dining, using a combination of
fresh local ingredients and classical European cooking techniques.
This unparalleled, sophisticated culinary experience is typified by
Macadamia Crusted Lana'i Venison Loin, with Brussels sprouts,
parsnip puree and roasted pear jus, the signature dish and a true
taste of upcountry Lana'i. Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Manele
Bay: The Resort is offering its 5th Night Free promotion now
through August 31, 2007 and 4th Night Free promotion from September
1 - December 18, 2007, with nightly room rates from $395. Executive
Chef Oliver Beckert proposes using the extra night to savor
delicious fresh local seafood with Asian influences at Ocean Grill,
the Resort's stunning al fresco dining option. Chef Beckert
suggests starting with the Hawaiian Kampachi, served sashimi style,
with orange tobiko, cucumber and lime juice; followed by the
Lemongrass-Steamed Onaga, with young squash, water chestnuts and
carrot miso vinaigrette. The sound of the crashing waves and the
flicker of tiki torches complete this spectacular dining
experience. "Our resorts in Hawai'i are unique as a collection and
individually," said Thomas Steinhauer, regional vice president of
Four Seasons Resorts Hawai'i. "The diversity and creativity of our
culinary offerings are a perfect example of the many distinctive
and memorable experiences guests receive at each of our resorts."
