The investment seeks positive returns and protection of capital. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (¿ETF¿) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing principally in dividend-paying securities and, under normal circumstances, the sub-adviser intends to invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in such securities.
