a circular (the "EGM Circular") to provide shareholders with
information on the proposal that will be put forward at the
Company's extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders (the
"EGM") for shareholders' approval and a notice of the EGM
(the "EGM Notice"). The EGM will be held at 34/F, Tower
Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, on Thursday,
October 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.,
Hong Kong time, for the purpose to
consider and vote on the resolution set forth in the EGM Notice.

Holders of record of ordinary shares of the Company as of the
close of business on Tuesday, September 12,
2023, Hong Kong time, are
entitled to attend and vote at the EGM and any adjourned and
postponed meeting thereof. Holders of the Company's American
depositary shares (the "ADSs") as of the close of business
on Tuesday, September 12, 2023,
New York time (the "ADS Record
Date") who wish to exercise their voting rights for the
underlying ordinary shares must give voting instructions to
Citibank, N.A., the depositary of the ADSs.
