Properties of America, Inc. (NYSE: RPAI or the "Company") is
excited to announce that Columbia Sportswear's Performance Fishing
Gear "PFG" concept store, plus several additional retailers,
including Altar'd State, Elaine Turner,
ME SPA and J.Jill have recently opened, or will be opening,
at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas.
Columbia Sportswear is a leading innovator in the global outdoor
apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment industries. Columbia
Sportswear's PFG store, the first of its kind in Texas, will feature the company's popular PFG
collection, recognized by anglers worldwide for its technical
innovation, style and comfort. The 3,456 square foot store will be
located at 1253 Main Street and is expected to open in late
November 2014.
Also joining Southlake Town Square is Altar'd State, Elaine
Turner, ME SPA and J.Jill.
Altar'd State will be located near the recently opened HMK and
is an energetic fashion boutique that offers a distinctive shopping
experience for women interested in the latest fashion finds, the
most anticipated accessories and that next great gift, all while
supporting civic involvement and philanthropy through Altar'd
State's "Give Back" Brands. The store is 5,162 square feet and is
expected to open in fall 2014.
Elaine Turner is scheduled to
open in October 2014. The 2,066
square foot boutique will feature handbags, shoes, jewelry and
accessories by Elaine Turner, as
well as other local and national brands. This will be
Elaine Turner's eighth location, and
the sixth location in the state of Texas.
ME SPA is a new acquisition by the Los
Angeles based company, Me! Bath. ME SPA replaces Coldwater
Creek Spa on Grand Ave. West near Coach and across from Brio Tuscan
Grille and features their unique product line, Advanced Body Care,
and other bath and body products for a contemporary, luxury spa
experience. ME SPA is now open.
J.Jill is a leading multi-channel fashion retailer of women's
apparel, accessories and footwear. J.Jill will be located at 279
Grand Ave. across from Anthropologie and is expected to open in
spring 2015.
Southlake Town Square consists of approximately 850,000 square
feet and boasts more than 125 specialty retail shops and
restaurants including Apple, Michael Kors, J.Crew and White House
Black Market. The center is also home to a 14-screen Harkins
Theatre, an upscale urban Hilton Hotel, offices, city and county
government buildings, a U.S. Post Office and residential
brownstones. The center opened in 1999.
