Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (SAY) will report financial statements for the first and the second quarters of the fiscal year to March 31, 2011, on Nov. 15, Chairman Vineet Nayyar said Monday.

The financial statements will be reported under local Indian accounting standards, he told Dow Jones Newswires.

The outsourcing firm, based in the southern Indian city of Hyderabad, last reported results for the July-September quarter in 2008.

Satyam is scheduled to announce its audited results for the fiscal years 2009 and 2010 on Wednesday.

The company will be merged with Tech Mahindra Ltd. (532755.BY) as previously stated, Nayyar said, but didn't elaborate.
