Miano has previously worked in CALA and is fluent in Spanish in addition to Italian and English. Syniverse�s decision to open a regional headquarters is part of its global strategy to have local presence in key markets to focus on customer needs and customer service. The company already has customers throughout the region utilizing its CDMA, network services and GSM solutions.
