According to the PGS and other geology and seismic related articles on LinkedIn from a year ago show that the Gabonese blocks adjacent to block 4 and 6 have very similar geology.

Hence the hold up on the Shell deal was likely due to fulfilling the task of acquiring the Gabonese block
