As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the
AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 27 August 2002 that City Equities Limited, acting in
principal, sold 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, to its private clients.

As a result of this sale City Equities Limited no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the shares of the Company.
