ENTERPRISE VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST PLC ('ENTERPRISE VCT')

OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF NEW A SHARES ('THE OFFER')

The Directors of Enterprise VCT have announced an allotment on Friday 28th
November 2003 of 13,135 new A Shares pursuant to the Offer. The Offer Price at
which the new A Shares were issued was 97 pence per new A Share.

Dealings in the new A Shares are expected to commence on Wednesday 3rd December
2003 and definitive documents of title are expected to be despatched by Friday
5th December 2003.

The Directors of Enterprise VCT announce that the Offer is now closed.
