Carbiener as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately. Carbiener replaces Al Stinson, who will retain his position as chief financial officer for Fidelity National Financial (NYSE:FNF). A certified public accountant, Carbiener previously served as executive vice president and group executive for Certegy Check Services, a role he has held since 1998. Since joining Certegy in 1991, Mr. Carbiener has served in senior finance roles in both Check Services and Card Services, including vice president and controller of Certegy Payment Services and vice president of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Certegy, Carbiener was an audit manager for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. Mr. Carbiener earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of South Dakota in 1984.
