with DreamWorks Animation SKG based on the animated feature film,
Shrek the Third, in theatres May 18th. The mobile game will closely
follow the storyline of the film with appearances from all the main
characters. Shrek the Third, the mobile game, is scheduled for
release across 170 operators in over 75 countries, in conjunction
with the movie. We are thrilled to partner with DreamWorks
Animation to bring the imaginative world of Shrek the Third to
mobile gamers worldwide, said Michel Guillemot, president,
Gameloft. We look forward to collaborating with DreamWorks to
capture the trademark humor and originality featured in the Shrek
series in our products. "Gameloft's history of producing
award-winning mobile games speaks for itself," said Rick Rekedal,
head of U.S. Licensing, DreamWorks Consumer Products. "We are
confident this license will deliver a truly enjoyable mobile game
experience for Shrek fans and gamers alike." About Shrek When Shrek
married Fiona, the last thing he had in mind was becoming the next
King. But when Shreks father-in-law, King Harold, suddenly croaks,
that is exactly what he faces. Unless Shrek (with the help of his
trusted companions Donkey and Puss In Boots) can find a suitable
King for Far Far Away, the ogre could be stuck with the job. The
most promising candidate, Fionas cousin Artie, an underachieving
Medieval high school slacker, proves to be more of a challenge than
they bargained for. Shrek the Third is the latest chapter in the
franchise that brought us the Academy Award -winning blockbuster,
Shrek, and the highest grossing animated movie of all time, Shrek
2. About Gameloft Gameloft is a leading international publisher and
