NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS

The Company was advised today that on 5 November 2003, the Directors listed
below acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase Price of #12.75 per
Ordinary Share.  The below shares were acquired through a Profit Sharing
Employee Share Ownership Scheme, which has been approved by the Inland Revenue.
