                              Directorate changes


Legendary Investments announces the resignation of Smit Berry as a non-executive
director of the Company with immediate effect. Smit is leaving the Board to
focus on his other commitments.

The Company announces that it has appointed Zafarullah (Zafar) Karim as a
non-executive director with immediate effect. Zafar Karim has over a decade of
experience in investment banking, primarily in mergers and acquisitions and
raising finance, initially with Salomon Brothers and more recently with
Rothschild. Zafar has been known by the Chief Executive, Shami Ahmed, for a
considerable period, and his background and experience are relevant to the
strategy of the Company going forward.

In accordance with paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules, the following
information in relation to Zafar Karim, as a new appointee to the board of
Legendary, is disclosed below:

Zafar Karim (34) currently has no other present or past directorships. Other
than as detailed there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to
paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
