                                 BOARD CHANGES



MOS International PLC ("MOS" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr John Graham Burgess, a non-executive director of MOS since
November 2002, as the Company's Chief Executive Officer.



The appointment of Mr Burgess allows Brendan Larkin, the Company's previous
Chief Executive Officer, to become Executive Director with responsibility for
sales and marketing of MOS products and services to both existing and potential
customers in the UK and overseas.



Graham Burgess has considerable experience in the oil industry.  His previous
appointments include Head of Drilling and Subsea Engineering for Texaco North
Sea Limited, Operations Manager for Premier Oil plc, General Manager of Global
Marine, and Chief Operating Officer of Star Energy Limited.



Graham Burgess said:  "I am delighted to take up the position of Chief Executive
Officer.  It gives me a more active role in shaping the future of MOS and
Brendan Larkin the opportunity to focus entirely on winning new business for the
group.



"The market for MOS products is improving significantly and the number of
contract opportunities available to us in the offshore sector is increasing all
