following the recent strategic review of the Company and management changes,
Brendan Larkin, Sales & Marketing Director, will be relinquishing his Board
position with immediate effect.

Brendan will continue to play an active role in the sales and marketing of MOS'
products and services to both existing and potential customers in the UK and
overseas.
