The Company was notified on 17 February 2003 that Sweetland Limited
("Sweetland") following the capital reduction had an interest in the ordinary 5p
shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 46,455,300 being 29.85% of the
issued capital.

In addition, this notifiable interest also comprises J Lewis, the principal
shareholder of Sweetland.
