John E. Anderson Named Vice-president, Supply Chain Management, PSEG Services NEWARK, N.J., March 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PSEG today announced that John E. Anderson, vice-president, customer operations for PSE&G, has been named vice-president, supply chain management for PSEG Services. He will report to Bob Busch, president, PSEG Services. "John's experience across PSEG will be key to ensuring we continue to make great strides in improving our supply chain management area," said Bob Busch, president, PSEG Services. "John's previous experience in Supply Chain, including development of the Supplier Diversity process, will enable us to further develop the number of minority suppliers we work with." Anderson, who joined PSEG in 1971, has held numerous positions within the company's business areas, including strategic and financial planning, governmental affairs, and materials management. In 1996, Anderson was named director, Enterprise business integration, and was responsible for leading the implementation of the enterprise software SAP throughout PSEG. Anderson has been vice-president, customer operations, at PSE&G since 1999. He led the utility's implementation of retail choice at the customer level, and adopting a customer care perspective for PSE&G to improve customer satisfaction. He succeeds Cecil House, who moved to a position at PSE&G. PSEG Services is the shared service business for PSEG, a diverse energy company based in Newark, New Jersey.
