International Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SGAS.OB) (BULLETIN BOARD:
SGAS.OB) , ("Sino Gas" or the "Company") today announced that the
date of its earnings conference call originally scheduled on
Thursday, August 16, 2007 has been moved to Monday, August 20, 2007
at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Joining Mr. Yu-chuan Liu, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Sino Gas, will be Ms. Fang Chen, Chief
Financial Officer, and Mr. Brad Shao, Assistant Chief Financial
