                          Placing of new ordinary shares


The Company announces that it has placed 6,000,000 new ordinary shares for cash
at 2p per new ordinary share with Chiddingfold Investments Limited, to raise
#120,000.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 26th January, 2004.
