HERXF: effective Feb. 14,2025: HDI Aerospace Holding, Inc. (f/k/a 9520-9557 Quebec Inc.), an affiliate of Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC, acquired all of the issued and outstanding Shares pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement. Shareholders of the Company, other than certain senior officers of the Company who will roll over their Shares, will receive $32.50 in cash per Share held, less any applicable withholdings.
