today announced that all of management's nominees listed in the
management proxy circular of Redline Communications dated
May 27, 2014, 2014 were elected as
directors of Redline to hold office until the next annual meeting
of shareholders of Redline or until their successors are elected or
appointed.
The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors
held at Redline's Annual General and Special Meeting of
Shareholders on June 25, 2014 are set
out below.
