International Inc. (the "Company") announces the annual dividend in
the amount of one-cent ($0.01) per share will be payable on or about
June 28, 2013 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on June 14,
2013. The ex-dividend date shall be the close of
business on June 12, 2013.
Synex International Inc. is an experienced run
of river hydroelectric developer and consultant in British Columbia with over 15 professionals
located in the Vancouver
office. The Company wholly owns or has interests in 12 MW of
operating facilities and has applications for water licences and
land tenure on over 55 potential hydroelectric sites which are
either in various stages of development or are being held for
disposition.
