World Financial Split Corp. (TSX:WFS)(TSX:WFS.PR.A) has declared a quarterly
distribution on its preferred shares in the amount of $0.131250 payable on June
30, 2011 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2011, ex-dividend date of June
13, 2011. To the extent that any portion of the distributions are ordinary
taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible
dividends.
