HALMONT PROPERTIES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE: HMT) announced today that the net income for the three months ended March 31, 2011 was $0.41 million as compared to income of $0.72 million for the three months ended March 31, 2010.

The financial results are based on International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") unless otherwise noted and are unaudited.
