McChip Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MCS) is pleased to announce the declaration
of an eligible dividend in the amount of $0.05 per common share, payable on
October 8, 2008 to shareholders of record on October 1, 2008, the ex dividend
date will be September 29, 2008.


It is the current intention of the company to continue to pay dividends, the
amounts and the payment dates, to be determined after a review of cash available
from oil and gas operations, the commencement of royalty payments from Potash
Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. and investment income.
