February 10, 2014 - Metals Creek Resources Corp. (TSX.V: MEK, the "Company") would like to clarify a February 5, 2014 press release which indicated that the Company acquired ownership of 17.5 million shares common shares of Golden Dory Resources Corp. (now, Sokoman Iron Corp.) ("Golden Dory") on January 17, 2013. While the option to acquire ownership was obtained on January 17, 2013, the 17.5 million shares common shares of Golden Dory were not acquired by or issued to the Company until July 22, 2013.

The Company will file an amended report describing the above transaction with applicable regulators, a copy of which shall be promptly sent to anyone who requests it from the person noted below.
