States market, announced today that Gerald McDole, a member of the Board of
Directors, has resigned from his position, effective January 31, 2023. Mr. McDole was originally
appointed a director on January 16,
2004.

The Company also announces that it has granted stock options
(the "Options") to certain directors, officers and employees of the
Company to purchase a total of 1,205,000 common shares at a price
of $1.25 per common share. The
Options are exercisable for a period of ten years and have been
granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's current stock
option plan. The grant of Options is subject to the approval of the
TSX Venture Exchange.
