On January 1, 2006, Quorum (TSX VENTURE:QIS) signed a multi-year Integrated
Dealership Management Systems (IDMS) contract with GM to deliver Quorum's
XSELLERATOR(TM) product on behalf of GM to its dealerships throughout North
America. Today Quorum announced that the 100th GM dealership has signed an
agreement to participate in the GM IDMS program using Quorum's state of the art
XSELLERATOR Dealer Management System (DMS).

"The GM IDMS program has been gaining momentum as more Dealers understand the
value that it brings to their Dealerships. Quorum looks forward to having the
200th IDMS Dealership press release within one year," commented Maury Marks,
Quorum's President and CEO.

"Helping this momentum, are the seven business-to-business integration points
that we are actively building with GM for both Canada and the US. Each of these
integration points will drive added efficiency to our dealership customers,"
Marks added.

Marty Raymond, GM's Director of Global Retail Programs added, "Quorum has been a
strong business partner in implementing GM's IDMS program. Quorum's modern
software, coupled with their focus on implementing GM's evolving integration
points delivers a compelling value proposition to our GM dealers."
