("RIA" or the "Corporation") announces that the asset purchase agreement to purchase a 50% working interest comprised of four sections of land in the Provost area (the "Provost Properties") previously announced in its July 27, 2011 press release has been terminated as a result of certain closing conditions under the asset purchase agreement not having been met. The Vendor and RIA are continuing discussions to restructure the acquisition of the Provost Properties. RIA is a company listed and trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, symbol: RIA.
