Torque announces that it continues to work diligently with its
advisors to complete certain valuation work in connection with the
audit of its annual financial statements for the year ended
August 31, 2019. Torque
currently expects to make both its annual filings and filings for
the first quarter ending November 30,
2019 during the week of February 7,
2020, following which the current cease trade order in
effect with respect to Torque will be revoked shortly
thereafter.
Torque continues to fully expect to receive an unqualified
opinion on its financial statements, and the filing delay is not
the result of any disagreement that Torque has with its audit
firm.
